ConVocation 2017 - The Seeker of Wisdom Must Release the Illusion of Knowledge

I give science-based ideas using, foods, herbs, oils, vitamins, minerals and amino-acids on preparing for general trance work and how to best recover from deep trance work. Under FIRE I discuss the biochemistry of stress, cortisol and adrenal recovery. For WATER I discuss relaxation by optimizing serotonin and GABA for access to alpha states. EARTH: I give simplified biochemical overview and recipes for purification and grounding. AIR: The talk is pretty left brained with high data content and a strong "how to" component including recipes and levels of trance. Notepad advised.
